Day 6: Fly to Izmir and Ephesus Tour

Your first stop is the sprawling city of Ephesus, where marble streets, grand theaters, and intricate ruins tell the story of a civilization at the heart of the Roman Empire. Wander past the Library of Celsus and the Great Theatre, imagining life in this once-thriving metropolis.
Next, visit the Ephesus Museum, home to fascinating artifacts excavated from the site, including statues, mosaics, and everyday objects that bring the ancient city to life. Continue to the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and marvel at its historic significance.
